How long until I see a change in my body?

The program is adaptable, especially for allergies. Send a message to allergies@kilterhealth.com and we’ll find a nutritionally comparable option or schedule a consult. If you want a custom program (not due to allergies), send a note to custom@kilterhealth.com and we’ll discuss. There is an added fee for larger customizations.
When will my cravings stop?
Most cravings substantially subside at between 7 and 10 days if you’re diligent with the programs.
Does the food taste good?
Sure does. As an Italian, I could not fathom anything bland or boring. Each recipe is packed with flavor. Not only do they taste amazing, each ingredient serves a function in your body.
Will i ever eat “non-kilter” foods again?
You betcha. Kilter teaches you how to approach foods with a kilter-lens but we believe life is meant to be lived. Eat the cake — just not all of it, all of the time.
What is your training like?
Training combines weight-training, HIIT, and endurance training which allows for a full-body, high-caloric workout. Body resistance along with free weights, weighted bars, resistance bands, blocks, ropes and balls make for a new and challenging workout, each and every time.
